If you need more or less qty., you can place order but don\'t pay first, leave message or contact salesman to adjust total amount to correct qty. then pay it.
2. Shipment:
We suggest to contact salesman about shipping method, China air is longest delivery time and from September, the customs is very strict to inspect export parcels, rejected rate is 10%. And once is not passed from customs\' machine checking, it will take 1-3 months to get it back. (That is why easy to be a dispute.) In fact, sometime only need to add $3-6 per Air
At the same, please open the package to inspect the light is in good condition or not, if it is damage, please take a photo or ask the carrier to get a “damage” proof. Please don’t give negative due to transport, thanks.
3. Warranty:
All parts offer 2 years quality warranty. If part is failing in quality problem when you got the package, send back to exchange or ask our engineer how to resolve problem. Parts should be the same as we sent and within warranty period, buyer take the return shipping and seller take the exchange shipping. If not we have rights to reject the returns. After getting returns, we will refund money except for shipping within 5days.
4. Payment
It will take 1-5days to arrived in Escrow account or our bank account.
